ESPN will be knocking on his door. She'll be slamming numbers. Their future posterity will be blessed with a Father who is able to articulate his thoughts, and who'll be able to show them how rewarding great writing can be. In the other corner, and on the other side of the brain, they'll be so fortunate to have a Mother who will happily teach them the cruel world of mathematics. Their first date, ice-skating. A writer, an accountant. Yet those are just careers. Those are just individual talents. It's what they'll accomplish and create together that will allow their children to triumph. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. And these two exude joy. This is what happiness looks like. This is Matt & Erika.
